Cantina Royal is one of my favorites spots to go to for a snack, drink or five course dinner. Located at 58 North 3rd st. Williamsburg, Brooklyn! Executive Chef Julio MM creates unique Mexico City style food. The food is seasonal and fresh therefore the menu changes with the seasons. One of my favorite dishes for the summer is the shrimp Tabasqueno paired with a Paloma Royal!

Shrimp Tabasqueno
The tabasqueno is shrimp sautéed in a house salsa, cheese and tomato served on a crunchy mini tostadas topped with crispy herbs. The shrimp can also be substituted with mushrooms for vegetarians.
