Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadew peppers

Ingredients
12 Peppadew pickled peppers
1/4 lbs. Goat Cheese
1 Tsp. milk or heavy cream
1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare filling: In a bowl mix together cheese, cream, and salt + pepper.
2. Stuff each pepper with the cheese mixture using either two small spoons or using a small pastry bag.
3. Garnish by dipping the open end of the peppers into the chopped chives.
